You can claim a refund* if you decide to cancel 4 days or more before your scheduled trip commences**. In the event that we have to cancel your trip due to bad weather or any other reason that we don't have control over, we will refund you in full***. You have one free chance to change the date of your trip if you notify us at least 4 days before your scheduled trip. We are not responsible if you miss your trip or arrive late and no refund will be payable to you in this event. We maintain a strict schedule and unfortunately won't be able to wait for you past the departure time published on our website and printed on your ticket.
* A 12% cancellation fee applies. This is to cover for credit card processing, and other administrative fees. For example, if you have paid a total of $100 for your trip, you will receive a refund of $88.
**Your scheduled trip commences at the time published on our website and on your ticket. As an example, our day trip to Joffre Lakes commences at 07:30. If you have booked our day trip to Joffre Lakes for the 20th of June, you have to notify us by 07:30 on the 16th of June.
