The Vancouver City + Grouse Mountain Experience is the best way to experience the highlights of downtown Vancouver for example Stanley Park and Granville Island along with an escape to the Grouse Mountain with its stunning city views and vast amount of things to do.

This guided experience will introduce you to some of the most scenic landmarks of Vancouver and take you on a journey to the famous Grouse Mountain. Vancouver is a breathtaking city, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and towering forested mountains. This small and intimate 5-hour long guided tour is an affordable and ideal way to experience the city as well as having a light adventure into the stunning nature that surrounds the city.

Your experience will start when you meet your friendly guide and driver at your hotel or in front of Canada Place. Escape to the magical Stanley Park while driving through the historic Gastown area, towering skyscrapers and along the picturesque Vancouver Harbour. Our first stop will be at the First Nations Totem Poles in Stanley Park. Here, you will be able to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Vancouver, the Lions Gate Bridge and the surrounding snowcapped mountains.

From Stanley Park, you will cross the iconic Lions Gate Bridge with breathtaking views of the Port of Vancouver. From here you will escape into the mild rainforest of Vancouver's North Shore. Our second stop will be at the Capilano Fish Hatchery located not far from the roaring Cleveland Dam spillway. Observe how salmon are helped through man’s intrusion on their habitat. Learn about their life cycle and watch them (in season – July and August) as they leap their way up river and through the glassed-in fish ladder.

From here, you will be taken to the highlight of the tour - Grouse Mountain. Take the tram 1,200 metres (3,700 feet) to the viewpoint with breathtaking views of the city and a vast amount of things to do. Be enthralled by the, now grown, orphaned grizzly bears at the Refuge for Endangered Wildlife. Get up close and personal with these amazing creatures with only a thin wire fence and a couple of metres between you and them.

From Grouse Mountain, you will drive along the urban beaches of English Bay, while soaking up the views of the Pacific Ocean. Visit the vibrant Granville Island for one hour when you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide selection of food from the farmers market and visit the numerous artist studios.

Your experience will conclude with a complimentary drop-off at your downtown Vancouver hotel. During the entire journey, we can safely store your luggage onboard our vehicle if required.
